TIO went gluten-free, to create our own version inspired by the traditional recipe, that used quinoa instead of bulger. Also, while not traditional, we have added in some european cucumbers for an extra crunch. This grain salad recipe is naturally vegan and gluten-free and is the perfect side dish or light lunch recipe for summer.
